CDSCO drug alerts: October 2025

The drug alert for October 2025 lists 214 batches that failed testing: 209 declared Not of Standard Quality (NSQ) and 5 declared spurious. 66 were reported by central laboratories and 148 by state drug regulators.

An alert covers the batch named, from the manufacturer named — not every batch of that medicine, and not other makers. If you hold a listed batch, stop selling it and contact your supplier. What NSQ and spurious mean, and what to do.
