CDSCO drug alerts: December 2025

The drug alert for December 2025 lists 184 batches that failed testing: 174 declared Not of Standard Quality (NSQ) and 10 declared spurious. 77 were reported by central laboratories and 107 by state drug regulators.

An alert covers the batch named, from the manufacturer named — not every batch of that medicine, and not other makers. If you hold a listed batch, stop selling it and contact your supplier. What NSQ and spurious mean, and what to do.
