CDSCO drug alerts: April 2026

The drug alert for April 2026 lists 123 batches that failed testing: 121 declared Not of Standard Quality (NSQ) and 2 declared spurious. 43 were reported by central laboratories and 80 by state drug regulators.

An alert covers the batch named, from the manufacturer named — not every batch of that medicine, and not other makers. If you hold a listed batch, stop selling it and contact your supplier. What NSQ and spurious mean, and what to do.
