Refunds & cancellation
Last updated: 09 August 2026
This policy applies to all paid plans on Pharma Mithra. It is written to be read before you buy, not after.
1. Free trial before you pay
Every plan can be evaluated on the Free tier first. We would rather you find out the service does not suit you before paying than argue about it afterwards.
2. Cancelling a subscription
- You can cancel at any time from Account inside the app.
- Cancellation stops the next renewal. Your plan continues until the end of the period you have already paid for — we do not cut off access you have paid for.
- We do not pro-rate part-months on a voluntary cancellation.
3. When we refund in full
- Duplicate or accidental charge — refunded in full, no questions.
- Payment taken but the plan was not activated — refunded in full.
- Within 7 days of a first upgrade, if you have used fewer than 10 verifications on the paid plan — refunded in full on request.
- Sustained failure on our side — if the service, or the check types your plan was bought for, are unusable for more than 72 consecutive hours because of a fault we control, you may request a refund of that billing period.
4. Verifications that could not be completed
A check only counts against your monthly allowance when a source gives a definitive answer — found, or no record found. If a government register or a data source is unreachable, that attempt is not deducted from your quota and does not need a refund, because you were never charged for it. You will see the check reported as unavailable rather than as a result.
A "no record found" result is a completed verification and does count. Finding that a supplier has no active licence is a real answer, and often the most valuable one.
5. What is not refundable
- Verifications already delivered, on the basis that you did not like the answer.
- Periods already elapsed on a plan you used.
- Charges older than 90 days, except where required by law.
- Outages at a government source itself. We report those honestly and do not deduct quota for them, but we cannot be liable for a registry being down.
6. How to request a refund
Write to support@pharmamithra.com from the email or mobile number on the account, with the payment reference. We acknowledge within 2 working days and decide within 7 working days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method; the bank or card issuer typically takes a further 5–7 working days to post it.
7. Contact
Our registered entity details are being finalised and will be published here before we begin accepting payments. Until then, reach us at support@pharmamithra.com.
